To celebrate the Sister City 50th Anniversary, a Yacht Rally 2023 from Christchurch and Wellington New Zealand to Kurashiki and Sakai Japan is planned to take place in March to June 2023.

If you are keen to participate, please get in touch via Facebook or email as there is a limit of 10 boats,Ā and priority will be given to those from Wellington and Christchurch as representatives of the Sister Cities.
