Opening Day this year saw Club Commodore Dave Roberts announce a new promotion to encourage existing members to sign-up new members and receive a recognition for their efforts (> Join the Club)
The ‘Member Get Member’ promotion runs from Opening Day (11 October 2021) through till the Commodore’s Trophy Race (30 April 2022). Existing members are encouraged to sign-up your family, friends, colleagues, as either a Senior member or a General member and you will earn a bar tab that can be redeemed at the RPNYC members bar. The key conditions are the nominated person cannot have been a member at RPNYC at any point over the last five years, and the new member has to pay their membership fee.
For each new Senior member you will receive a $100.00 bar tab, and for each new General member you will receive a $50.00 bar tab. These can be redeemed for food and beverage only at the RPNYC members bar. Your bar tab vouchers can be collected from the members bar, the next time you are there.

And we’re all keen to see the membership percentages on boats competing in our fleet races going up! 🙂
