The Board hereby gives notice that a motion to change the Club’s rules will be put to the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club. The AGM will be held in the Wardroom at 7.00pm on Tuesday the 26th of June 2018. The purpose of the change isĀ to overcome minor difficulties encountered over the pastĀ few years, and to ensure that the rules and practice are consistent with one another. In partnership with Black and Gold, we have started a long overdue upgrade of the Noel Manthel Boardroom. The upgrade will see the timber paneling sanded and re-varnished, new carpet, new cabinetry (featuring on-demand chilled and boiling water), new AV equipment and a new blue colour scheme. In due course, we will also install a new boardroom table and chairs. The historic photos will be tidied up and returned once the upgrade is complete, along with the trophy cabinets.
