Last week the Ambassadors Race took place together with the Friday Rum race. A good number of Ambassadors and staff joined us on a sunny evening and started the race to #5 mark at Somes Island in light breeze. As the first boats were approaching the finish line, this breeze dropped out and made for a slow finish for most of the fleet. Nonetheless, both our visitors and regular crew alike enjoyed the stunning evening on the water and the social networking, food and drinks at the Club afterwards.
