Online Entries are now open at www.portnicholsonregatta.org.nz.
All Entries received before 30 November will pay the discounted entry fee and receive a free ticket to the Regatta Opening Dinner. The Regatta Dinner will follow the briefing on Thursday 22 February – a formal dinner followed with a guest speaker, Rod Davies (America’s Cup and Olympic legend – see Rod’s bio on the Regatta site). Additional limited tickets will go on sale after 1 December.
There is little activity over the Summer break, and getting as much in place before Xmas will contribute to a successful event. Having a substantial number of Entries confirmed in November will help attract boats from local clubs and from outside Wellington. The inclusion of a Harbour Division (non-spinnaker) also aims to attract boats that haven’t previously participated in the Regatta.
