Race Management / Volunteers Sessions

Do you want to help volunteer? We can’t run our sailing programme without a pool of keen people to help run our racing days.

Shayne, our Vice Commodore,  is going to run two evenings for our club race management volunteers, or those who might be wondering what this volunteering thing is all about.

• 21st Nov 6pm in the wardroom – 1 session – A briefing for all our race management volunteers, or those interested in volunteering at RPNYC.
  We’ll look at our season ahead, how we support our race management volunteers, and for those interested, how we can help you to become qualified Race Officers.
• 12 Dec – 1st of two sessions on the Yachting New Zealand Race Management course for anyone interested. For members of YNZ clubs (RPNYC) this is available online and Shayne will help coordinate access.
